Parent Volunteer Commitment

I understand that I will be required to donate my time to the operation of the Farmington Northwood FINS Swim team and to work at 1/2 of each swim meet in which my child(ren) participate(s). If I fail to volunteer, I understand that my child may not be allowed to participate in that meet. I give permission for photos of myself and my child(ren) to be posted on our Facebook page and our website.
